1. What is My Hotel Cash Card?

2. What is This Hotel Cash Card Certificate or PIN I Received? How Does This Work?
My Hotel Cash Card is a travel discount rewards administration website. The My Hotel Cash Card certificate or electronic PIN you have received qualifies you for a single use travel discount/rebate reward up to the reward value indicated on your certificate, provided that your hotel booking follows the Terms & Conditions of the Hotel Cash Card program.  Your first step is to activate your Hotel Cash Card.  Then, at your convenience, you can search for and book your hotel stay using the booking engine featured on the My Hotel Cash Card website.  Once you have decided where to stay and are ready to book, you can complete the booking process and pay for your hotel stay. At that time, you’ll enter your details, including your Hotel Cash Card Redemption Code again. Then at that time, your rebate is then instantly applied to your transaction in the full amount of your Hotel Cash Card reward, and you can simply complete the booking process and pay for your hotel stay, and this discount gets automatically applied.

4. Does My Hotel Cash Card Expire?
Hotel Cash Cards expire fourteen (14) months from the date they are first created, regardless of when they are actually distributed or given out to customers, unless otherwise specified on the Hotel Cash Card itself. Your card's expiration date will be indicated to you when you activate your card. All travel must be booked prior to the expiration of your Hotel Cash Card.  To see your specific expiration date, click on the Support link, and follow the My Account status check. 

5. Can I Redeem My Hotel Cash Card PIN or Certificate on Other Websites?
No. Your Hotel Cash Card is only redeemable through the www.MyHotelCashCard.com website.

6. This Is Not What I Expected / What I Was Told I Would Get
We're sorry to hear that. We work very hard to make this program a great program for everyone who receives a My Hotel Cash Card reward and are committed to making sure you get the full value of your reward. We’re glad to help provide some additional information on the program to you. First, it's important to us that you understand this program (My Hotel Cash Card), who we are, what we do, and what we are responsible for, as sometimes people confuse us with the company who gave them their Hotel Cash Card in the first place. Just to be clear, My Hotel Cash Card did not give you your My Hotel Cash Card reward you received. Also, since My Hotel Cash Card didn’t give your Hotel Cash Card reward to you, we also did not promise you anything about your reward. That’s because My Hotel Cash Card does not do any sales. So, My Hotel Cash Card never called you or emailed you. My Hotel Cash Card also never sold you anything. Very importantly, My Hotel Cash Card never charged or billed you anything to get your Hotel Cash Card reward. My Hotel Cash Card is simply an online travel discount program. Often businesses give My Hotel Cash Card rewards away with other sales or sell Hotel Cash Card rewards as special incentives (both of which are totally fine, of course). Someone from one of those businesses may have contacted you, may have charged you, and may have told you that you would receive something, but it was not anyone from this company (My Hotel Cash Card). So, if you have a specific question or complaint that what you thought you were getting is not what you believe you got, then you should first contact the people who gave you the My Hotel Cash Card reward to begin with. They are responsible for what they said to you. That all said, your Hotel Cash Card reward is a great reward that will help you save money - and we’re really looking forward to helping you do so.

7. I Want to Cancel/Stop Billing Me
If you are looking to cancel something, to get a refund, or to inquire about billing, then you are contacting the wrong company. Please remember, My Hotel Cash Card did not give you that Hotel Cash Card reward that you received. My Hotel Cash Card does not do any sales. So, My Hotel Cash Card never called you and never sold you anything. My Hotel Cash Card never charged or billed you for your Hotel Cash Card. My Hotel Cash Card never promised you anything about this reward, other than what is on this website. My Hotel Cash Card is simply an online travel discount program that many businesses use to promote their programs. So, if you are dissatisfied with something you may have purchased, or have a complaint, or want to cancel, or want a refund on something you may have bought or signed up for, then you must contact the people who sold you whatever it is you want to cancel. That is not My Hotel Cash Card.

8. Can Someone Call Me?

9. What Happens When I Redeem and Apply My Reward?
The value of your Hotel Cash Card is applied to your reservation at the time of your booking and payment. At the time of making your booking, your rebate will be instantly applied to your transaction in the full amount of your Hotel Cash Card reward. Once you have decided where to stay and are ready to book, you can complete the booking process and pay for your hotel stay. At that time, you’ll enter your details, including your Hotel Cash Card Redemption Code again. Then at that time, your rebate is then instantly applied to your transaction in the full amount of your Hotel Cash Card reward, and you can simply complete the booking process and pay for your hotel stay, and this discount gets automatically applied.

10. Where Do I Redeem My Reward?

11. If I Have Multiple Hotel Cash Cards, Can I Apply Them to the Same Reservation?
Unfortunately, no.  There is a limit of one (1) Hotel Cash Card per household.   So you cannot use multiple cards for consecutive nights or multiple bookings.  Click to View the full program Terms and Conditions.

12. Can I Apply Other Discounts (i.e AAA, AARP, corporate discounts, etc...) With the Same Reservation I Make with My Hotel Cash Card? 
No.  Your Hotel Cash Card reward cannot be combined with other savings, discounts, or deals.  So, if you are using your Hotel Cash Card, then that is the only discount you will be able to apply at the time of your booking.  Of course, you’ll still get the lowest prices, available through one of the world’s largest and most trusted travel booking engines, plus your Hotel Cash Card rebate as well, and those are savings that will really add up!

13. Where Can I Redeem My Hotel Cash Card?
The only place you can redeem My Hotel Cash Card is on the My Hotel Cash Card website (www.myhotelcashcard.com). 14. Is There a Minimum Night Stay?
Yes. The minimum night stay requirement varies from card to card. For $25 Hotel Cash Cards, the minimum night hotel stay is two (2) nights. For $50 Hotel Cash Cards, the minimum night hotel stay is two (2) nights. For $100 Hotel Cash Cards, the minimum night hotel stay is four (4) nights. For $200 Hotel Cash Cards, the minimum night hotel stay is six (6) nights. These minimum night requirements were disclosed to you before you bid on/won/bought your Hotel Cash Card reward.

15. Is There a Listing of All the Available Hotels on Your Site?
It would be very difficult to show you over 200,000 possible hotel and resort listings all at one time.  But, if you have enough time, you will be able to search the extensive inventory to see all the participating hotels and resorts.  Our website will give you full access to the more than 200,000 hotels and resorts. This includes hotels and resorts of all kinds and in all countries.  Depending on availability, some hotels will not always be on display (because of maintenance, or because they are fully booked, etc.). 

16. Can I Use Multiple Cards for Consecutive Night Stays?

17.  The Search Results Look Different From My Last Search.  Why? 
Search results, of course, change on a regular basis, based on available inventory, and the addition of new hotels.  Our search results feature some of the lowest prices available on hotels and flights because they are powered by one of the world’s largest and most trusted travel booking engines, who are always negotiating great rates on your behalf!  So there is a chance that when you look for a hotel it’s available, and when you are ready to book a few days later, it’s no longer available. That’s because the hotel has probably booked up.  That’s why we recommend that you wait until you are completely ready to book before you search for hotels, so that when you find what you’re looking for, you can act on it and make sure you get exactly what you want.

18. What If My Hotel Reservation Is Less Than My Card Discount?
Your Hotel Cash Card is a single use card.  If your hotel reservation/booking cost is less than the denomination of your Hotel Cash Card, no credit or refund will be issued.  Additionally, tax recovery charges, service fees, and other governmental or regulatory taxes and/or fees do not qualify for the Hotel Cash Card discount.  It is the consumer’s responsibility to pay these faxes and fees. 

19. How Do I Use the Value of My Hotel Cash Card When Making a Reservation?
After you activate your Hotel Cash Card and received your redemption code, you can click on the “Book Your Trip” link and search for your desired date and destination for your hotel stay. Our search engine, powered by one of the world’s largest and most trusted travel booking engines, will show you the best results and the best prices. Once you have decided where to stay and are ready to book, you can complete the booking process and pay for your hotel stay. At that time, you’ll enter your details, including your Hotel Cash Card Redemption Code again. Then at that time, your rebate is then instantly applied to your transaction in the full amount of your Hotel Cash Card reward, and you can simply complete the booking process and pay for your hotel stay, and this discount gets automatically applied.

20. Are There Any Hooks, Restrictions, or Strings Attached?
None at all! There are no hidden fees. There are no blackout dates.  And there are no strings attached.  As long as you follow the terms and conditions of the Hotel Cash Card program, your Hotel Cash Card rebate savings are yours to enjoy on your hotel booking.  Just make sure to note the minimum number of nights required, associated with your Hotel Cash Card.

21. Can I Get a New Hotel Cash Card If I Lose It?
No.  Unfortunately there is no way for My Hotel Cash Card to redistribute or replace a card once it is lost. We advise that you put the card away in a safe place where you can find when you’re ready to book your vacation.

22. What If I Want to Change/Cancel My Reservation? Can I Get a Refund?
All travel bookings on the Hotel Cash Card website are final and non-refundable, so please don't complete your booking until you are sure of your plans.

23. If I Cancel or Change My Reservation, Can I Redeem My Hotel Cash Card Discount Again?
No.  Unfortunately, your Hotel Cash Card can only be redeemed once. Since you can only book once, we recommend that you are absolutely positive that you can stay at the hotel for your trip before you book, in order to save yourself from potentially wasting the value of your discount reward.

24. What is the Member Experience Like?
We try very hard to make sure our member's experience is a great experience, each and every time. We’ve provided clear instructions on redemption, along with resources to help you understand the program and get the most of out it. If you’ve got a question, we’re glad to answer it. 25. Is an Electronic PIN Just as Good as Printed Certificate?
Yes. Your Hotel Cash Card Activation Code may come as an electronic PIN or be printed on the back of a printed certificate.  Both are valid. 

26. What if My Code Doesn't Work?
Most times, it's just because it's not getting typed correctly. Double check that you're on the right page. You should be on this page. Then double check to make sure you're typing in the correct reward code. If you've checked both of those, and are still receiving an error, then click here to Contact Member Support.

27. Are My Transactions Secure?
Yes. Your transactions are powered and secured by one of the world’s largest and most trusted travel booking engines.

29. My Hotel Cash Card Activation Code is Not Working.
Here are some tips:
1. Double check that you are entering the correct number.  The most common problem is users entering the wrong code.  The code format is 123-4567890.

31. Can I Give this as a Gift?

Yes. You can give a Hotel Cash Card to someone else as a gift, but only if you have not activated or redeemed it already. To give your Hotel Cash Card as a gift, all you would need to do is give someone the Activation Code you received, and direct them to the www.myhotelcashcard.com website so that they can activate it. If you have already activated a Hotel Cash Card yourself, you cannot give it to someone else. Please also note, Hotel Cash Cards cannot be re-sold under any circumstances. Any attempt to sell your Hotel Cash Card will result in immediately de-activation of your Hotel Cash Card.

 

32. Can I Combine Multiple Cards?

Unfortunately no. Per the terms of this program, you can only use one Hotel Cash Card per booking. Hotel Cash Cards cannot be combined with other Hotel Cash Cards, or with other discounts or offers.
